Delivery and returns

Transportation of your package

The packages are generally sent within 48 hours of receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo drop-off without signature. If you require drop-off with signature there will be an extra charge: please contact us. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide a link as soon as we can which will allow you to follow the shipping of your package. 

The shipping charges include packaging, handling and postal costs. The charges may consist of a fixed amount and a variable amount, depending on the price and weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders together and you will have to pay the transport costs for each separate order. Your package wil be dispatched at your own risk but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

The packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
